Who we are
This website is operated by Ontario Box Quotes, based in Toronto, ON. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ontario Box Quotes.
Information we collect
When you send a request through our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not ask for payment card numbers or government ID numbers on this website.
Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to pass your quote request to a packaging supplier, to follow up about your request, and to keep ordinary business records.
Who we share it with
We rely on a few service providers to run this website. Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Our page headings load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests a font file from Google and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the site. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We do not provide a packaging service ourselves. When you send a quote request, we share what you entered (your name, phone number, email address and the details of what you need) with a packaging supplier so that the supplier can contact you and prepare a quote. We may receive payment from the supplier for passing on requests. If you do not want your details shared this way, do not submit the form.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form details for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing placeholder@example.com. If we send you follow-up messages, you can ask us to stop at any time.
Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
